Pleased as punch to be just a small part of this work in public space. Check out the link for more information, http://www.gramsci-monument.com/ and if you’re in NY, pay a visit!
Xmental was out in full force to contribute to Thomas Hirschhorn’s grand vision to bring art into the community. A radio station, library, museum, public space and daily children’s art classes are just a few of the activities available from now until September for the residents of the Forest Houses on Tinton street in the Bronx, as well as the public.
It’s free and informative as well as beautiful.
