Artists Stand Up to Cancer

I had the privilege to be a part of a wonderful fundraiser for the Stonybrook Cancer Center’s Art Therapy program. The North Shore Art Guild sponsored an exhibit with all entry fees and 30% of art sales going directly to the program. The reception included raffles and a performance by the Long Island Gay Men’s Chorus and some beautiful artwork from the littlest patients.

I was very lucky to have received an honorable mention for this entry 🙂 Thanks to all

Feels good to know art can bring joy and do good too.
